Most people think of Boot Camps as hardcore, military style workouts where you’re pushed until you break, only made to feel conscious of your physical weaknesses…
Which is WHY we want to prove to you that our camps are nothing like that!
During your trial you’ll see that our girls have fun, but they still work hard. They laugh and support each other, and go home smiling after a sociable workout.
You’ll be surprised at how quickly 45 minutes flies by each session!
