STEP ONE:
EVALUATE & ASSESS YOUR BODY
Via a Kinetic Chain founded assessment; we will attain an accurate picture of the strengths and weaknesses of your body, and the corresponding factors which need to be addressed.

STEP TWO:
ESTABLISH HOW TO MOST EFFICIENTLY REACH YOUR TARGETS
On the foundation of your Kinetic assessment we develop the most effective, progressive program for you to achieve your desired target within any restraints life may hold – be it time or financial.

STEP THREE:
START YOUR LIFE CHANGE TRAINING
We get you started on your program, whether you are continuing to work with us or if we have set you up ready for success – making sure you are 100 % happy and clear in what you are doing and why.

Program Design 1:1 – £60

Sessions (60 Mins) 1:1 – £60

Sessions (60 Mins) 2:1 – £70
